1. Returns Policy

Due to the nature of fresh food, frozen, and perishable items, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.


2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds or replacements may be provided if:

  • Items are damaged on delivery
  • Incorrect items are delivered
  • Products are expired or spoiled at the time of delivery

3. Reporting an Issue

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 working days

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Fresh fruits and vegetables (unless damaged)
  • Frozen or chilled products
  • Items mishandled after delivery
